  • mail forms and fees to arrive before Monday 31 August 2009 to:

  • pay via electronic banking before Monday 31 August 2009 using the following details:

    To Account Description: InitialSurnameSFEE09 (e.g. DSmithSFEE09 - note that generally only numbers and letters are allowed)

    Please then email details of your bank's electronic receipt, along with a completed registration form to registrations@uts-rydewaterpolo.com.au before Monday 31 August 2009. Remember that the only way of confirming your place in a team is by registering before this date.

    The fees for summer are :

    Senior - $250
    Juniors (born 1/1/92 or later) - $210

    NOTE: A $20 additional fee will be charged for players registering after Monday 31 August 2009
